Staff is extremely nice and friendly. Always moving and making sure you have what you need. Prices are alright but not a fan of the food. I had the burger and it was smothered in Grease and fell apart on the first bite. Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Really disappointed with the way I was just treated by ALL of the employees at Abby's Restaurant in Howe. When I called to place an order I wasn’t greeted at all but instead just told to hold. After holding for 5 minutes, I was hung up on. So I called back and when the phone was answered, I said, “hey I just got hung up on after holding for a few minutes but I was trying to place a to-go order”. The waitress didn’t even apologize or anything, but instead VERY rudely told me that she’s busy so I need to order if I want something. Then continued to talk to me as though I was wasting her time. When I asked to talk to the manager I was told she was also busy. I told her that that was fine and that I could come over there and talk to her. When I walked over there the waitress that spoke to me on the phone continued to have an attitude with me and told me the manager would not come out to see me. Then the other waitress laughed at me and Sadie as we waited. The manager happened to come around to fill someone’s drink and asked if she could help us. When I told her I was waiting to talk to her about the way I was talked to and treated by her staff she told me she was too busy for that. I have NEVER had a problem with this restaurant but after today I am so disappointed. All I wanted was a simple apology when I had called back but instead all I got was attitude and the impression that, as an Abbys customer, I was not important or valuable to them. They treated us like we were a joke to them, and honestly, I’m humiliated by the way they acted. Terrible service. Disgusting service actually. It’s hard not to compare services after working at City Limits because they have SUCH high expectations from their waitstaff. If anyone at City had acted that way, they would no longer be employed. I guess Abbys employees get away with disrespecting their customers and treating them like dirt though
