I've known this place since it opened and it was great. I stopped going when it changed ownership, the açaí started to get bad. Now? God help me! It looks deteriorated, it looks like a bar with dirty glasses and the service, I've never seen worse. I arrived and the cashier had a really... angry look on her face, she spoke to me rudely and even swore at a delivery boy in front of everyone, it was very unpleasant. As for the açaí, it had no cream at all, it was completely frozen and the mousse that came with it was also frozen with several ice cubes in the middle. Simply horrible! I do not recommend it at all. Terrible service!!! I made 3 different choices first and none of the 3 options (that were on the menu) had any, so I made another order that had strawberries as an ingredient, and they didn't have any either, and they also didn't have 5 other fruits on the menu, it took a while to arrive even though it was empty, when it did arrive, the spoon was dirty, I had to clean it with my hand because there was no napkin, I finished eating and ran out of there with the intention of never coming back! After 5 years I returned to Açai Retrô, the atmosphere remains the same, with just one detail at the entrance, a girl with snacks and a man sitting in the back with a radio listening loudly. I opted for creamy açaí with banana , five years ago it came with more delicious açaí. Other than good service, I had forgotten to pick up my order at the counter, the attendant kindly took it away . It does not have its own parking. The store is close to several bus stops. Close to Big Shopping - Eldorado - Contagem - MG. I didn't see any bathrooms for customers. Entrance is accessible for wheelchair users . Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: R$1–20 Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Açaí
