Comfortable economical road hotel near Valencia, specially indicated if you need a recovery night next to the speedway before continuing your journey. Breakfast adjusted to the price with some ham, cheese, croissants and omelette. For an extra you can stay with your furry friend. Service: 5

Not a 4 star hotel. Photos are very misleading - rooms need paint, a good clean and and upgrade. Black mould along the bottom of shower, paint flaking off the wall, walls marked, bottom of bed that I presume is supposed to be white is brown with dirt. No bottled water in room as advertised, no key for safe, furniture in room dirty and chipped, ceiling tile open outside room. Breakfast is very bad & extremely simple. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned on day 2 and for new towels. I would have changed hotels but as it is busy season, there was nowhere else available. Terrible- hotel outdated & dirty.

This is a tired hotel which no longer looks anything like the photos on their website. The lift reverberates noise throughout most of the building so can guarantee to be woken early. We were hoping for a nice charming country hotel but it’s nothing like that. There is no bar, no public spaces to relax, the gym is the size of a bathroom, the pool is fenced off and closed, etc etc. Service: 3

Dear Mr. Wood, We are sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. We would like to clarify a few points: our website photos are up-to-date, and we have a lawn area with lounge chairs for you to relax. We offer bar service throughout the day, breakfast daily, and dinner from Monday to Saturday. Furthermore, given our commitment to our guests' comfort, we have a project underway to build a new gym.
