However, we do have a strict policy requiring guests to wait to be seated so we can properly clean and sanitize tables between parties. When you chose to sit at an uncleared table, I asked you to step back briefly purely so we could clean and set it properly for you.As the owner, ensuring a clean dining environment and being fair to waiting guests are my top priorities. I apologize if my directness came across as rude, but maintaining our health and hygiene standards is something we cannot compromise on.
