Food & drinks: Un pranzo domenica all ‘ insegna del relax e del mangiare bene . L ‘ agriturismo il Costrano si trova in Contrada Costrano Aprigliano CS. Immerso nel verde , dove degustare dei piatti tradizionali della cucina Calabrese, un antipasto ricco di sfiziosita’ olive verdi schiacciate, misto di funghi sott’olio , formaggio fresco accompagnato da confettura di amarene, capocollo e prosciutto crudo,polpette di carne , frittelle con miele di castagno,”pipi e patate” e spezzatino con patatea seguire due primi, scialatielli salsiccia fresca e pachino, trofie al sugo con salsiccia frescae per finire arrosto misto di carne e patate arrosto !!! Una vera bontà’ da provare questo agriturismo oltre offrire queste prelibatezze ha disposizione delle camere , se volete passare un weekend di totale relax è l’ ideale !!! Excellent for moments of relaxation just a few kilometers from the Tyrrhenian coast and Sila, it is a destination for many tourists who return like us sure of the validity of the place, food and holidays Rooms: We have stayed several times as a couple and with friends who have shared triple and quadruple rooms Nearby activities: 20' from the Tyrrhenian coast and 30' from excursions to the Sila and ski resorts Food & drinks: Food characterized by local flavors of excellent quality. The pleasant and helpful chef satisfied as if by magic little guests with no appetite even though there were ceremonial banquets in progress. Thank you!
