We visited this restaurant hoping to enjoy an authentic Italian meal, but unfortunately, the service was very disappointing. There were five outdoor tables, all of them covered with dirty dishes from previous customers. Even though people were already eating, the staff member made no effort to clean a table for us. Instead, she kept collecting dishes from customers who were still dining, without preparing any seating for waiting guests. After waiting for about 15 minutes, we didn’t receive an apology or any explanation. The only response we got was a hand gesture indicating that we could finally come over. By that point, we had already decided to leave. We can’t help but wonder if the fact that we don’t speak Italian and were clearly tourists played a role in how we were treated. We were polite, patient, and respectful throughout the entire time—we simply came hoping to enjoy an authentic Italian meal. A simple apology, basic courtesy, and a little attention to waiting customers would have made all the difference. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Agustarello A Testaccio is hands down one of the best Roman restaurants in Rome! We ordered the main dish, Coda alla Vaccinara, and it was absolutely amazing. We also enjoyed a few appetizers, all of which were delicious. This is a traditional Italian-Roman restaurant that I highly recommend to anyone looking for an authentic dining experience. The staff is very friendly, and they speak English, which made our experience even more enjoyable. Definitely a must-visit! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Service: Dine in
