Second time in a row, I've got home and an item is missing.. I've called up and they've said it hadn't been ordered in the first place. The guy ripped the receipt off the paper bag it was stapled to before we left so we couldn't look at it. After adding everything up we ordered via the menu online, we were infact short. The first time I let it slide but the second time? Also if you want chips, make sure you ask for "fries" otherwise you get extremely dry, undercooked chip shop chips that stink of dirty oil. The pizza and burger were okay but chips were absolutely horrendous Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I've always been a fair supporter of aladdin's, some of their food is great and some not so great, but we've always found certain items to be quite consistent. For example my wife loves the calzones and the battered mushrooms, I think the fish and chips are really good, and we've had some absolutely epic grill boxes in the past. However it does seem like the food has gone downhill somewhat. I used to really enjoy the mixed donner kebab boxes, but unfortunately they have been going downhill for a while now, mostly due to the progressively diminishing amount of chicken tikka that's included. Most recently it looked like it had been thrown in off the top of a mountain, it was the last straw, no more aladdin's mix kebab boxes for me! Also in recent times they made some really great improvements, for example the chips, they changed something and the chips went next level, large chips, crispy on the outside fluffy on the inside, but alas those improvements seem to have disappeared too and they seem to have reverted back to the way they were before. Not that there was anything wrong with them before as such, but it just seems such a shame to make such a great improvement and then for it to disappear. I'll maybe try them again in the future to see if things have improved, but for now I'll be getting my mixed meat and chips elsewhere. Meal type: Dinner

I recently tried Aladdins Pizza and honestly, it was one of the best pizzas I’ve had in town. The crust was perfectly baked, the toppings were fresh, and the flavor was amazing in every bite. You can really tell they put effort into the quality of their food. I also tried the billionaire shake, and it was absolutely awesome — super creamy, rich, and really satisfying. It went perfectly with the pizza. Definitely a place I’d recommend if you want good food and a great overall experience! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
