I ordered online on May 7. I noticed that they charged me for the substitution that i didn't even agree. I called the next day and said my concern, the lady said that the refund will reflect in a couple business days. It didn't happen and called again. NOTHING HAPPENED. It's been 2 weeks and they didn't do anything about it. I would be okay if it's only around $1-5 difference but it's $30. Are you kidding me???

I love shopping here the gal at night is so sweet and pleasant always!! I just love her. Her name is Christina and even if it's closing time she'll let me run it to get the milk I need for the morning. Never ever complains! Their prices are a little more than others but they always have good sales. The store is always clean and you never get run over by people moving pallets or have the isles plugged up with them either. Like some of the other stores in town. Also they have the best doughnuts

For an Albertsons in the middle of nowhere, which is what Gillette feels like, they have great selection and are always willing to help.
