I was met with eager to help staff. It was clean and well stocked with plenty of goodies! I checked out and was asked for my ID. No big deal right! I was purchasing beer so I get it. I handed her my Ca drivers license and she said, "OH my a California one hmmmm and got all flustered as if it was a challenging math quiz. Nevertheless I felt awkward about it like I was different and it was hard to deal with me because I didn't hand her what apparently she is very used to checking. Please help your staff with customer service. Making a customer feel awkward because they are not trained well enough to read a neighboring states driver's license shouldn't happen. I honestly left there knowing I wouldn't be going back to experience lower level customer service again!

For us this store has a convenience value as it's close to home, but it's not where we'd shop if wanting to load up on groceries as their prices are a lot higher than other stores. It's fine if you just need to grab one or two things on the way home, but we'd starve if we tried to feed ourselves on a budget here. Clean store, nice staff, easy to find parking, and generally not too busy, produce selection is okay, and the bakery has good baked goods and food if you want to grab a quick chicken dinner...kind of a big convenience store...

Tammy the manager is a piece of work. The way she speaks to her employees is absolutely disgusting and disgraceful. I don’t know what she has going on in her life but the way she belittles and bullies her employees is horrific. Upper management needs to look into the people that run the store. There are multiple other bad reviews on here about her, including one just a couple months ago talking about her bullying an employee. These are the kind of people that reflect negatively on the store and drive business away. Do better Albertsons
