I love this store so much. I’m just putting this out there to please order the silk nog SOY nog for the holidays instead of the almond milk one. PLEASE. The silknog soy is the best. It would mean so much to me my family and so many other shoppers who agree with me that we miss the silknog SOY version.

More and more, I dread stepping foot into this store due to the unfriendly employees. They look miserable, as if they hate their job, and it's your fault. The offerings are good, but it really affects the whole vibe, how well, un-Idahoan they are! Once I observed one eating a doughnut behind the counter in the bakery section as she was packing up an order of bakery goods, all while having a loud, private conversation. The latest, though. is an older woman with short, white hair (Cindy, I think her name tag said) in Self-Checkout who acts all uppity and unfriendly. Just stares at you, no smile, nothing. What ever happened to the super-friendly local guy in the wheelchair, and the other local older lady with the ponytail? They were way nicer. We're just going to stop going to Albertson's at all, I think. It's not worth it to deal with rude people like this!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this location. We made a special stop to get some popcorn from their "Nuts on Clark" kiosk. Since the boxed popcorn on the shelf was a week old, I asked the female employee who was standing in the kiosk to please scoop me up a box of some fresh popcorn - which was already popped and sitting in their glass case. She looked at me and said she was closed. Closed? She was literally standing in the kiosk milling around. Yeah, don't bother and thanks for nothing. When I got back to the car I told my wife what happened. My wife, she said she knew exactly who the employee was. My wife told me that same employee did the exact thing to her before. She added the employee wasn't helpful at all and even acted offended she was asked to help. Yup, Albertsons is just fine selling a week old box of popcorn for $9.99, but heaven forbid the kiosk employee take two minutes and provide some freshly made product to a customer. Great customer service you have there, Albertsons. NOT!
