Hello, Bruce. Thank you for your custom and review! The delivery address was the Còte restaurant at Kingston upon Thames riverside on busy Wednesday evening. The Ninja who was delivering your cigarettes that evening could not get through to you over the phone, your phone was switched off. We had a good look around the restaurant and spoke to the waiters but regrettably were unable to locate you. We have waited over 20 minutes, but you never came back to us. We have the full video record of the attempted delivery. Please also note, the order value was £30.98 and not £40. The order came to us through the third party aggregator, Deliveroo, unfortunately we have no control over the payment you made to them.
