Really enjoyed the vibe at Ritual Dallas. It’s a stylish spot with a relaxed atmosphere, good music from the live DJ, and a fun crowd that makes the place feel energetic without being overwhelming. The drinks were well made, and it’s a great place for a night out with friends. The only downside was parking, which can be a bit challenging, but overall it’s definitely a place I’d come back to. Price per person: $20–30 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

First timer. Had a great experience. They have a photo booth outside. Valet parking is available. They accept reservations. We had drinks—10/10—very strong. Truffle fries—100/10. Lemon drop shots—10/10. Service was good. A friendly waitress offered recommendations, which makes a difference for first-timers like us. Atmosphere—10/10. Very nice, with a dressy casual vibe. Will return. Price per person: $30–40 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

My fiancée & I came on a Tuesday night for the first time & we had the worst experience ever. We have been wanting to check out the spot for awhile since we live close by. I decided to surprise my fiancée with reservations for our 2 year anniversary and a domino effect of mishaps kept happening. To be begin, there was a tall male employee, perhaps the door guy/ security, who pushed my fiancee & I out of the way at the entrance (mind you we are both females & we’re half his size) no “excuse me” or even acknowledgement of us on his behalf. First strike. Second strike, we get seated 10 mins after we arrive. As soon as we sit down we wait another 20 MINUTES before a server finally decides to acknowledge us & that was only because my fiancée had to get up & tell someone we had been seated & was waiting to be served. Third strike, we finally get our cocktails & 10 minutes in we get approached saying that we have to leave soon due to a large party & our 90 minute reservation is almost up. We haven’t even been there a full hour yet, mind you we aren’t even half way through our cocktails we had JUST GOT. We had planned to enjoy another cocktail & even get a few lite bites. I’ve never given a 1 star to an establishment before but this was just completely unacceptable. I am in the industry myself and so is my fiancé especially dallas industry. I give a lot of grace when it comes to bare minimum service, however we had high expectations of this establishment & it didn’t deliver at all and for us to want to have our anniversary here and this is the experience we get? completely mind blown. we do appreciate the effort of having a “Happy anniversary” card presented at the table signed by the staffthat didn’t go unnoticed. Our cocktails waitress was sweet, understanding and apologetic as well. So we do appreciate that. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4
