I asked 2x for my room to be cleaned one by hanging the service label they just removed it but never cleaned the room and on the next day I asked the guy from the dining area to tell the attendant to clean my room but was never cleaned again..

Very disappointing stay. The biggest issue was comfort — the bed and pillows were not comfortable, which made it difficult to rest properly. The wifi never worked, and that was a major problem because I needed to work during my stay. Also advertised as free wifi. Overall, the room did not meet expectations, and the experience felt frustrating rather than relaxing. I would not recommend this place if you need dependable internet or a comfortable stay period. 3 Days and 2 Nights Stay at Alice in Wonderland Hotel – Boracay My trip to Boracay started a bit messy because I missed my earlier flight. I had to book another afternoon flight and arrived around 6:30 PM. Thankfully, check-in at the hotel is open until 10 PM, and I informed the front desk ahead of time, so everything went smoothly when I arrived. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights, and overall, I had a pleasant experience. The Room The studio room I booked was spacious and comfortable. It had everything I needed: Pros: * Kettle * Glasses * Mini fridge * Quiet and cold air-conditioning * Hair dryer * Big and comfortable bed * Friendly and helpful staff * Good breakfast (not a big meal, but comes with coffee or soft drinks) * Excellent location – just 2 minutes’ walk to the beach * Near 7-Eleven * Located opposite Malay Aklan Police Station, so it feels safe * My room (206) was opposite La Carmela Hotel * The room itself was quiet Cons: 1. The hot shower was not fully functioning, but you can ask the front desk to fix it. 2. The CR (bathroom) light sometimes turns on and off while using the shower. I hope this will be fixed soon (Room 206). 3. They only provided one key card. I prefer hotels that give two key cards, especially if you need to leave food in the fridge while going out. 4. The building looks a bit old from the outside, but the inside is nicely painted and the room is comfortable. 5. No elevator, so if your room is on the 3rd floor, you’ll need to use the stairs. Overall Experience Despite the small issues, I highly recommend this hotel. I had a safe and pleasant stay. The location is very convenient—just 2 minutes to the beach and close to convenience stores. The staff are friendly, and the room is comfortable and quiet. I would definitely consider staying here again. Service: 4
