Since we live in Gerlenhofen and want to support the restaurant, we come here every now and then. But this time we were negatively surprised by the unfriendliness of the boss. It was on Saturday around 5:30 p.m. on April 13th, 2024, a large table was reserved, three others were occupied, one was still free, but a chair was missing. We were there with my mother, who has dementia and has difficulty walking, and asked if we could sit there. She just said flippantly that she was sorry and ran off!! That was really inappropriate and unnecessary. She more or less sent us away instead of telling us to sit down or politely telling us that we couldn't. We just wanted to drink something and not eat anything anyway. It's a shame, it was always nice there, but we're thinking about going there again. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

As Gerlenhofeners, we were regular guests every now and then and were there on April 13th, 2024. The place was empty but apparently everything was reserved. The service, an old woman, was very unfriendly. An apology from you would be appropriate. One star too many. Stay away from the store. Service: Dine in Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
