The food here was pretty good and definitely one of my boyfriends favorites. He really likes to get chicken Katsu and I chose the Kahlúa pork plate. Both were pretty good. I just wish there were additional sauce options to add to the clue of pork. For my personal preference, we choose to take our food home from here because sitting down can sometimes be difficult when it’s busy and it’s very loud since it is open busy food court. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 3 Dietary restrictions: I’m not able to have dairy and I am pretty sure that they put some type of dairy in their grilled vegetables as well as in their Mac salad.

Excellent hawaiian meals with generous portions! We had the katsu, kahlua pork and teriyaki chicken - tasty sauces & authentic island flavor. Seating can be tricky in busy food court area of Uwajimaya. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4 Recommended dishes: Teriyaki Chicken Plate, Teriyaki Chicken, Chicken Teriyaki, 808, Chicken Katsu and Chicken Teriyaki with Rice and Cabbage

Okay, this is a take-out restaurant. There are a few tables in the Uwajimaya Food Court area. That being said, I have tried the specialty burgers in a number of places. Often I have been disappointed. That is not the case with Aloha Plates "Aloha Burger". To me what really made it great is a combination of pineapple with the special sauce they use. You'll need a few napkins! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
