The food blew my mind! I can honestly say I have rarely eaten better and some of the dishes served were the best I've ever tasted. On a wet Sunday in Cala Llonga, four of us were working on a friends villa. We were dressed in scruffy old cloths, tired and hungry and popped out for a bowl of pasta. The restaurant looks unassuming, located on a lane leading to the beach. We were greeted warmly by one of the two chef patrons (x1 Spanish, x1 Italian), shown to the table and offered drinks and the menu. Then he suggested a few small sharing dishes to start and the days ‘special’ as the main. He was so enthusiastic, descriptive and knowledgeable that we were delighted to have whatever was suggested: Creamy cod fritters with aioli - light and cloud like Marinated anchovies - herby, lemony, delicious Eggplant on the flame - this was sublime. Layer after layer of flavours and textures I don’t know what the ‘special’ dish was called, but it was the best thing I’ve eaten. A pasta based paella type dish is the closest I can describe it. Thin, small pieces of pasta cooked in rich fish stock, with small cubes of perfectly cooked squid topped with prawns and dots of aioli. It looked homely, but was mind blowingly good. Followed by creamy tiramisu, a red wine poached pear with mascarpone and cannoli sitting on an orange reduction. Delicious wine suggestion too. If you are in Ibiza, please go, you won’t be disappointed and these two talented young men deserve every success. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

Go to this restaurant. Don’t get distracted by the others closer to the beach this has the best food in cala llonga. We are vegetarian so it can be difficult to find quality, exciting cuisine. So many options for us and each dish was so memorable. Cannot rate this Italian restaurant enough. We travel a lot across Europe and this one of the best Italians we’ve had. Well done Edo We will be back! Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: €20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: Epic salad, croquettes, pasta and desert !

AMAZING food! The host Edo knew his stuff, so passionate about his food. My husband was going to order a pizza off the menu until Edo went through the menu with us. Kids all had fresh pizzas made with whatever toppings they wanted. The best italian meal I have had. If you are in the area, you need to eat here, you will not be disappointed. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
