Disorganized, unhealthy for the grill staff and customers in line on a sunny day. There is no fan in the waiting area, the fans inside are improvised, they don't turn on the lights, with so much improvisation/senseless economy, we begin to question the care needed to prepare food, how it is stored and handled. An establishment that cannot organize its own service that is carried out in front of customers, what is it that is done where customers cannot see it? I've never had any problems with the food there, but the experience you have in the store is terrible! (Including employees “helping” customers to skip the meat and chicken queue). Establishing a simple standard of service and stopping improvising even in the facilities is the company's obligation!!!
