Amaranta Café Новый

Hi Beatriz, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. During your visit, the café was experiencing an unusually busy brunch service. Our team informed several guests about the delay while working to attend all tables as efficiently as possible. We would also like to clarify that an order had already been prepared and brought to your table, but it was declined before you decided to leave. At Amaranta Café, hotel guests and café guests are treated equally, and we do not prioritise customers based on nationality or accommodation status. We serve visitors from all over the world every day and always strive to attend guests fairly and, whenever possible, in order of arrival. We regret that the waiting time affected your experience and appreciate your feedback.

Hi Dino, thank you for your visit and for your kind review about Amaranta Café in the centre of Ronda. We’re delighted to know you enjoyed the breakfast, the smoothies and especially the service. We work every day to create a calm and welcoming space where both locals and travellers can enjoy breakfast and coffee at a slower pace. We hope to welcome you again very soon.

Hi Kate, thank you for sharing your experience. We understand your comment about the service and take it into account. At busy times, the team works hard to attend both table service and guests inside the café, but we know that small details, such as bringing milk with the coffee, are part of a good experience. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to keep improving our service at Amaranta Café, in Ronda city centre.
