Like a second home! We always come back because we get along very well from the kitchen to the dining room staff. The menu changes very often and this is certainly stimulating and fun. Price appropriate to the materials proposed Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I have been to A'mare several times and to celebrate important events. So my evaluation was decidedly positive, but in the last two experiences I unfortunately had to notice poor service which I think is right to point out. The location is beautiful, nothing to say, even the gastronomic proposals mainly based on fish are very respectable, wide selection of crudités and oyster menu. What didn't we like? The cellar is definitely of an excellent standard, it's a shame that on 2 occasions I ordered wine by the glass and found myself with low quality wines, a waiter who didn't even know what he was pouring into my glass, to my requests for clarification I received a vague response . Oysters, I took 6, but in addition to having arrived after more than 30 minutes, they were served without ice and not at the correct temperature. In my opinion the place deserves it, but certain drops in style and quality cannot be allowed. Side note, in addition to Champagne and Franciacorta, it is unfortunate that the excellent Classic Methods of nearby Oltre po' Pavese are totally ignored (certain wines do not go well with our style of cooking, a choice that cannot be shared, but it can be accepted). Quality at high levels, nothing to say. At Amare you eat well and are served with courtesy. The fish is at a high level, as is the quality/price ratio. Don't expect a modestly priced tavern but expect a restaurant with excellent value for money. The portions are not gourmet restaurant-sized and you won't leave hungry. The combinations between fish and ingredients such as parmesan or egg are curious. The raw fish are very fresh: highly recommended. The kindness, friendliness and courtesy of the staff are the setting for a suggestive location: eating under the wisteria pergola is something wonderful.
