Easy in, easy out. Sad to hear that Amazon Go will be closing. Customer service was great. Apple fritters were my favorite. Returns a breeze. Now I have to drive at least 5 miles to UPS or 13 miles to whole foods to make a return. That sucks amazon.

I went there to do a return got a temporary charge for $1.00 to enter it was refunded but got another charge for 19$ someone is scamming cards at the place and management admitted to knowing about it but wouldn't do anything to resolve the issue. 8 still have not been refunded the 19$

Huge concern with this store!! Returned two items last night, looked around, didn’t buy anything yet my Amazon orders shows I purchased a chicken sandwich!! I have called Amazon but of course, the supervisor barely spoke English. I’m super frustrated as this is blatant theft!! From the customer!! If I stole a sandwich I would be charged with theft but these big companies can steal from us! As if Amazon doesn’t make enough money already! Seriously considering canceling my membership, this is just out right wrong! Be sure you are paying attention to your Amazon account especially after visiting this store! The video footage can prove I walked out of that store empty handed. I want the manager of this store to contact me as this is unacceptable
