Beware of fraud at this Amazon Go. Someone used my debit card connected to my in-store code to purchase $167.00 worth of junk food, 45 minutes after I scanned the code but left without buying anything. I found out from my Bank 2.5 hours later as my account went into overdraft. I called Amazon Customer Service and they were unhelpful, in fact they couldn’t even see the transaction on their end even though I can see an itemized receipt in my Prime Account. I removed all of my cards from my Prime account, reported fraud, and cancelled the card; but that will be the last time I ever use the in-store code again or shop at an Amazon GO.

Due to transportation disruptions caused by the pandemic, the product reached your operational center on April 22, 2023. However, I have not received a refund for the product up to this point. 1. Please refrain from stating that your logistics center has not received the goods. My carrier has confirmed that your logistics center has received the shipment, with the recipient's name being W FLO. 2.My total purchase amount is USD 265.35, but I received a refund of only TWD 67.99.(USD 2.18) Please kindly refund the full amount to me. Thank you. 3. If a refund is not possible, please return the product to me. you don't have Chinese language customer service, so I'm unable to communicate with you over the phone. This store occupies a third of the public sidewalk with their ad sign. Nobody likes ads, and even more so, nobody likes physical ads that obstruct pedestrian mobility. Follow the Seattle Municipal Code (see Signs, Awnings, and Graphics over the Right-of-Way page at seattle gov) and make the placement compliant: near the curb "in line with other street amenities (street trees, light poles, parking meters, bike racks, etc.)"
