Cafe western restaurant upstairs in Tsim Sha Tsui Not many people know about this Western restaurant. It has good prices and good food. We ordered a roasted spring chicken spaghetti and a scallop spaghetti. The appetizers included Thai salad and pumpkin soup. The roasted spring chicken spaghetti was very generous, with two large pieces of roasted chicken, worth a try!
