Thank you for your feedback. From our understanding of the interaction, the issue arose because you were unhappy that tomato sauce is not provided free of charge. Our staff politely explained that tomato sauce is an optional extra because we purchase it from our supplier and therefore need to charge for it. This policy applies equally to all customers. We believe respectful communication goes both ways. Our team always aims to serve customers courteously, and we ask that our staff be treated with the same respect while carrying out their job and explaining our store policies.
