English Now I completely understand why Anmok has kept its Michelin recognition for three consecutive years. I’ve had this style of Korean pork soup many times, but this one is on another level. The broth is perfectly balanced—rich, clean, and full of deep flavor without being heavy. It honestly doesn’t need any seasoning, but adding a little green onion, salted shrimp, kimchi, or pepper only enhances an already outstanding soup. The pork was incredibly tender, the restaurant was spotless, and the service was efficient despite being busy. If you’re in Busan, this place is absolutely worth the wait. Big thanks to the taxi driver who enlighten me about this place. The pork broth is delicious, flavorful but not too much. The pork itself is sliced perfectly and just the right size for a bite.
