Anthony's II Pizza and Italian Food

Hello there, We wanted to personally respond and apologize for this recent experience! Please know this was certainly an off night for us as we were down two pizza cooks and had an unusually large number of takeout and delivery orders. That being said, we always want to do our best to provide all of our guests with service that is as efficient as possible! Our policy for our make line is to advance tickets for in-house guests so the wait doesn't get to what you described. That clearly did not happen on the night you visited, and we have already discussed this with them and our managers, who will ensure this policy is still being met. Again, we are truly sorry for your experience and can only assure you that this is not at all typical for dinner at Anthony's II. We truly hope we have the chance to prove that to you with a much-improved experience in the future!
