Given that I don't like traveling by train even on the most modern and exclusive trains and that it gives you time to relax.... But it's precisely time that chases me... However, the rare times that I arrive at Termini Station I stop in this modern restaurant with a beautiful modern and friendly domed ceiling... Everything is tidy and clean but perhaps a little aseptic for me..... A great advantage is that the service is fast even if delicate. Buffet options exist during the week at excellent prices. The food is good.... In Rome if you are not a masochist and look for restaurants just for tourists it is impossible to eat badly... If you have bad luck falling asleep but a little bit of attention is really enough Here, without excelling, everything is good and cooked well. They make a good Carbonara which, as I often repeat, is not an easy dish to prepare. Prices for the area are good. The review (published in 2022) has been removed, it appears on the personal profile but not when accessed via the site. Bistro hidden in the meanders of a vibrant Termini Station. The idea of giving commuters, tourists or those who are in the vicinity of the station the opportunity to taste traditional Roman dishes of the highest quality, for the little time available, is brilliant. The location, moreover, speaks for itself: modern, large, bright, cutting-edge, harmonious, conceived for an authentic smart city and which fits well into the context. Definitely a first-rate place for cleanliness. Open kitchen. Privacy guaranteed. Particular attention must be paid to the spacing of tables and compliance with anti-Covid regulations. Innovative menu: the "Romanissimi" formula is excellent and insightful, allowing you to taste one of the four traditional Roman first course specialities, a glass of wine and a dessert; the cacio e pepe is excellent, the hazelnut and chocolate mousse is excellent; The tomato and basil rigatoni was not up to par. Service: detached; slow and approximate, not the best in courtesy and information. Disservices regarding the use of the external toilet and not belonging to the room therefore a token is required for use. Quality/price and bill (if linked to the formula), quite adequate. Compliments. For the choice of simple dishes cooked with care and excellent raw materials, Antonello Colonna's open bistro fits well with the second floor of Termini Station, offering simplicity of quality at an absolutely reasonable price. All this while you can delight in the care with which the chefs cook your orders accompanied by the kindness of the service. Personally I ate an excellent parmigiana and a generous platter which included a glass of wine in the cost. A great place for a quick meal before a trip whether it's yours or someone else's.
