Restuarant staff are super friendly and welcoming. Music from the bar at 8pm on a saturday night was excessively loud and ruined rhe atmosphere in the restuarant area. My teenage son was scared by an aggressive bar patron while using the toilets. We have always loved this place but will be choosing a different venue for our next meal out. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: NZD 60–70 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 1

Appetite is one of my favourite spots in Pukekohe. We recently celebrated Mother’s Day with my husband’s entire family, and it was a wonderful experience. The team were incredibly accomodating and had reserved a fantastic spot for us in their private dining area. The food was amazing and everything was beautifully presented and thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to celebrate and would highly recommend appetite for family gatherings and special occasions. My husband and I had the unusual experience of having two separate functions in Appetite's private room, on the same day! And what a fantastic day it was. Not only is the room absolutely perfect for the 20ish people we were with for lunch and dinner respectively, but the service was outstanding! Lucy was lovely: friendly and accommodating with our setup, and we can't rave about Addie enough! She was our server for the whole day - and was top notch the entire time! Very attentive, calm, professional and lovely. Each meal was beautifully presented, and (with a little extra seasoning on the squid and lamb) everyone was very happy with what they'd ordered - which is impressive when you're talking about more than 40 dishes all up! Thank you to everyone at Appetite, for making out whole day so successful and smooth. Meal type: Other Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
