We visited as part of the Plateful Perth promotion, and unfortunately our experience did not meet expectations. It took about 35 minutes for a staff member to engage with our table. Unlike the other Plateful Perth venues we visited, no one introduced or explained the promotional menu. In fact, I had to ask whether we needed to place our order because it had been so long without any food arriving. When I raised this question, I received a somewhat dismissive response. The food itself was tasty; however, the portion sizes did not feel proportionate to the price charged. We ordered mocktails, which were just okay, and were later given another drink that we had not ordered, with the reasoning that the machine had re-printed our order. Unfortunately, this additional drink still appeared on our bill. Overall, while the food quality was good, the service, value for money and overall customer experience fell short of what we experienced at other Plateful Perth venues. We left feeling disappointed. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2 Price per person: $100–120

Exceptional food and venue, I can’t wait to be back! Had a work event here and got to try whole bunch of food, a lot of vegetarian options which I loved! Tried noodles from beef ramen and were the best noodles I’ve ever tried! Wedges were really yummy but the eggplant dish with kale was the winner for me. I wasn’t a fan of edamame cabbage salad as it was mostly cabbage that came in big chunks that are difficult to grab with chopsticks and there wasn’t much edamame. And I wasn’t a fan of sweet corn ice cream but miso one was great. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–40

Amazing experience at Apple Daily! The atmosphere is vibrant and fun, perfect for a night out. The staff really make the difference — super friendly, attentive and always happy to explain the menu and make great recommendations. We tried the Asian Feast set menu and it was an amazing deal, great value for money with a fantastic variety of flavours. Everything was fresh, bold and beautifully presented. Definitely a place I’d happily come back to! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
