Service was decent. Took a while to get refills and the ticket even when there were hardly any customers there. But the food was awful!! An almost $15.00 burger was so disgustingly dry is was gross. We could have gone to a fast food restaurant for that quality. The fries were nothing to write home about either. There again, fast food fries are way better than these expensive things. Food was nothing like it use to be. Won't be going back again. For that price and service, I'll go buy good quality ground beef and make my own burgers, juicy burgers at that. UPDATE: I have now add that Applebee's Grill + Bar completely resolved this issue and the corporate office and manager gave good customer service in response to this complaint. Food: 1 Service: 3
