This was my first time visiting this Applebee’s. I came in around 6 PM, and the restaurant was fairly empty. I sat alone at the bar and was initially helped by a gentleman who served my beer and was very friendly and welcoming. However, about 10 minutes later, I believe there may have been a shift change, and a younger blonde bartender took over. Unfortunately, from that point on, I felt completely ignored. She never acknowledged me, checked on me, asked if I wanted food or another drink, or made any attempt to interact with me at all. Meanwhile, two other guests arrived at the bar and were attended to immediately while I continued to sit there unnoticed. I would have gladly stayed longer and ordered food, but after feeling unwelcome and overlooked, I decided to pay for my drink and leave. Very disappointed with the service experience. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $1–10 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Ordered an appetizer didn’t receive it till maybe 2 mins before our main course came out stale chips, dip is suppose to be creamy it was dry, ordered the tomato basil soup, definitely was not the soup I ordered watery looked like oil water croutons were so soggy it grew it’s obvious size you can tell it sat for a long time, I order this dish everytime and the chicken is suppose to be hot everything was cold! Was not going to return and wait again, one of my guest asked for a refill and finished his meal waited for the check then he finally received his refill….. secs before us leaving! Always disappointed coming here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2 Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
