Manager wouldn’t honor the price of their burger and chicken sandwich offer of $9.99. Very poor customer service will not spend any more money at Applebees on Baltimore National Pike in Baltimore County. He was willing not to honor the email advertisement of this offer. I am not surprised that their customer service is still as bad as it is. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Every single time I go to this Applebee's after im seated the service is poor, long wait times for food and drinks especially if your ordering from the bar. My last time there I had to get up from my set and ask the waitress where my 2 drinks was at, she had to wait for the bartender to make them , now mind you im sitting right across from the bar at the high top seats watching the bartenders make drinks and of course after I asked for my drinks I got them 15 mins later. I shouldn't have to leave my seat to at least get an update on my order. Will I go here again to be honest im not sure. The food is good when its brought to you hot. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 4 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure

Quiet. Food came out fast. Was nice and tasty. Beer cold. Sat at the bar, Matt was on point. Food was plentiful. Definitely a good meal. Try the Cajun flavored foods. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
