I had the Lemon Parmesan chicken, it is supposed to come with sauce and I couldn't really find any on the chicken. I have had this dish before at a different location and it was fantastic. I wish all the restaurants were consistent with their menu items. Price per person: $90–100 Food: 2 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This Applebee’s provides outstanding customer service. My husband and I really enjoy this location. We receive consistent excellent service and delicious, fresh food. Marisol and Michael are phenomenal managers. They always stop by our table to say hello. The team is remarkable and friendly. Rogelio and Monica are superstars! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I had to leave a review specifically because of Kyle at the Applebee’s in Bothell. This guy is genuinely exceptional and completely stood out from everyone else in the restaurant. From the moment we walked in, he brought an incredible energy, professionalism, and attention to detail that honestly felt management-level. He wasn’t even our server, yet he still came by personally to introduce himself, check on me and my girlfriend, make sure we were taken care of, and even complimented us. That level of hospitality is rare. You can tell Kyle actually cares about his work and takes pride in creating a good experience for customers. He communicates clearly, carries himself professionally, and has the kind of people skills that can’t really be taught. In a world where customer service has gone downhill in a lot of places, he was a breath of fresh air. To management: Kyle is overqualified for his current position. Employees like this are hard to find, and he absolutely deserves recognition and consideration for leadership or management opportunities. He made the entire experience better just by being himself. Honestly, if I were hiring, I’d try to recruit him myself. Thank you again, Kyle — keep being great. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
