My experience on this visit was great. I am a frequent goer. Normally, when you sit at a regular booth, the servers are slow, so I have been sitting in the bar area. Sometimes even at the bar. This visit, I was just in the bar area. Our waiter was attentive, never let our drinks go empty, and checked on us frequently. The GM checked on us a couple times and even talked to us in a normal conversation. Food was also as good as always. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

I know Applebees has been struggling to get staff but please have standards on who you make a manager. I went to go pick up for a DoorDash order today and Crystal asked me how many people, I said I have a DoorDash order and she said you need to go to the back and pointed back towards the restrooms. I waited next to a terminal and was there about maybe 7 minutes and Crystal came over to that terminal and was talking to an employee and said, “give all the orders to the pregnant girl.” Are you serious?! I didn’t know that is how we address people in a work environment. As a manager, learn the employees names, and don’t look so hateful and frustrated. If you can’t do the bare minimum, then find another job or profession. Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
