Walking in there were no employees to be seen anywhere, behind the bar, serving, at the hostess station. We stood at the front for 5 minutes before a very unhappy, unpleasant girl came to seat us. Our table was filthy and hadn't been wiped off yet. After waiting another 5 minutes, my dad's friend went into the kitchen to look for a manager and then we were able to get service. The manager and our waitress were very nice and helpful. The riblets were alot of fat and not good, the shrimp was amazing, as was the bourbon chicken and mashed potatoes. If I ever go back I would only get the double crunch shrimp. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We went tonight, and the experience was honestly terrible. Our server, Ann, didn’t bring refills for my tea, forgot our breadsticks, and then left in the middle of her shift. She told the bartender she had to go get her son, but we later found out she actually left to pick up her boyfriend. Meanwhile, we were just sitting there with no server at all. The bartender was the one who finally stepped in and took care of us, and she was the only reason we even got the rest of what we needed. If we had known our server just walked out and wasn’t coming back, we would not have left a tip. This was unprofessional and extremely frustrating. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Applebee's Grill + Bar is conveniently located in Lakeland Plaza. Ample parking, friendly staff, namely Jesse, who was so very pleasant and offered his opinion on selections. The menu changed, so bought the Monday Classic Burger Special with fries and a drink for $6.99!! Awesome food. The bar area has comfortable high tops and lots of tvs. The booths & tables are family-friendly and well lit. Have a drink, an appetizer, an entree or dessert...you won't be disappointed! Kid-friendliness: Kids menu items available Wheelchair accessibility: Handicapped parking is available in the front of the restaurant, however, the doors are not electronic. Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes: Menu, Onion Rings Parking space: Plenty of parking Parking options: Free of charge parking lot
