my boyfriend had very disappointing experience at this restaurant. was refused service because staff assumed he smelled like marijuana. You should never judge or deny service based on assumptions or how someone smells. If there is an actual policy, it should be applied fairly and respectfully, not based on personal opinions. The last time I visited with my boyfriend, they were out of almost everything, sThis recent experience only made things worse. we are Hispanic and he was african American was this a racial thing ? Before judging customers, management should make sure their own employees are acting professionally and also not looking like they are on something . Making assumptions about people is not good customer service. We won’t be returning, and I hope the restaurant treats future customers with more respect i now see why it is always empty !!!! when i actually went with my boyfriend literally empty and if you drive by is always empty im shocked its still open sorry service have a good tip and refused service for assuming

i have not physically been to this location, neither had i used them before, however, this evening, because it is 'closer', my husband regrettably, chose this location. i ordered the quesadilla burger customized with peperjack and swiss cheese, mexi-ranch and pico, mind you this costs money, i got, dry shredded cheddar mix. a small helping of dry/fried pickles w/no dipping sauce, brown/yellow broccoli, bbq bites w/no barbecue sauce. it was all around an unpleasant experience. I will not eat here in person and wish management would reach out. I feel as if what i paid for was ignored, yet, my money was taken. i don't even believe the young lady checked the order for completeness or asked if we needed any thing and malted vinegar??? unfortunately, my family was hungry and my husband unwilling to go back. they don't even answer the phone. please do better. Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
