The food was okay but our server Zai was simply not present. She is a sweet girl with a smile and says all the right things but has zero attention to guests. Had to ask for refill for water multiple times after 10 to 15 minutes wait each time before we finally got a refill of water. Food service was slow while other servers were bringing plates of food for others timely. She just stopped to check-in on us just once 5 minutes after the food was served and that's it. Finally when the machine at the table was not working for settling the check she made us wait for over 20 minutes while my kids and wife waiting outside endlessly. We will probably go to a different location the next time or definitely make sure we have another server. The restaurant wasnt even super busy but Zai was just a super lazy server.
