We stopped here after my son's doctor appointment. We've eaten at a lot of restaurants but this one wasn't good. First of all I go to the ladies room to ration up and wash my hands before my food comes. The ladies room was just horrible! The floor was sticky, as you walk on them. The sink basin was wet & nasty. There was no soap in the dispenser to wash your hands. I'll stop with that. As we wait for our food to arrive I notice that the table was sticky, this is NOT good by me. Our table # was 83, & our server was Alexa P.. She was a very beautiful hostess, very courteous & professional, nothing negative about her at all. The food was brought out at a timely manner. My 6oz. rib steak was hard around the edges & not seasoned well for me. It was a medium rare not a problem. Just not seasoned well & the edge of the meat was very hard to cut thorough. Alexa offered to take it back, but I said no! The cost for our meal was $63.70 everything is very expensive. Now that day was my birthday I turned 66 plus I'm a veteran. I let Alexa know this & she told her manager. When she brought our ticket. I asked her, where was the discount?‍ Check out my ticket & tell me what you think. I won't be returning here anytime soon. ^j^^j^ Price per person: $60–70

I ordered the riblets included with the two for 25.00. Ok I substituted the fries and coleslaw for onion rings no problem. When I got my ticket it was over 40.00 I only had two in the party one of us had soda the other had WATER. Oh the onion rings was an upcharge, really I wouldn't have gotten it. Why even get that when I could've gotten coleslaw and fries nooooo upcharge. The soda was 3.49. Don't think I will be returning to this location no time soon thanks for telling me afterwards instead of before. Not being cheap just be clear. Price per person: $40–50 Food: 5 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

The 1 star is not for food because the food was actually great. Service actually suck. First waited for 20 mins for a table in an empty restaurant. Then waited for our server to approach the table for 10 mins. Waited another 15 mins for drinks and then had to wait on our food. The food was excellent. The thing that stood out is the servers and staff hanging at a table near the bar. The bartender was slow the make our drinks even though she had no customers. Never saw a manger till the end of our meal but however she walk right past our table no greeting or checked on us , she just pull up a chair to a table with other patrons and engage in a personal conversation the entire time we spent finishing the meal. We parted and not even a good bye thanks for coming. Not sure what standards you all hold management to but if your manager staff actually did their job maybe the staff could perform better because the food is actually good. Leadership starts with management and I frequently come despite the service but after tonight I think this will be my last time because the waiting in an almost empty establishment for service is just ridiculous Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30
