I’m very disappointed with my recent experience. I specifically requested a quiet rear corner booth so I could enjoy a late working dinner while using my laptop. I was initially seated alone in the upper section, which seemed perfect for a peaceful meal and some focused work. About 30 minutes later, the hostess seated four college-aged guys directly in the booth next to me, despite there being plenty of empty booths available throughout the area. Shortly after, a young couple was seated direct beside them as well. No spacing in the available empty booth. Within minutes, the atmosphere became extremely loud and disruptive. The group wasn’t rude or threatening, but they were talking loudly, banging on the table, and clearly treating the space more like a bar environment than a quiet dining area. The unfortunate part is that this situation could have been completely avoided with more thoughtful seating. The restaurant had ample open booths, yet guests seeking a quieter experience were all placed right beside a louder group. At one point, when the young couple left, the woman had tears in her eyes and quietly told the group they had ruined their meal. It was obvious they simply wanted a peaceful night out. To be clear, I don’t blame the young men. They were just being themselves. The issue was with the seating decisions and lack of awareness from the hostess. A little attention to the atmosphere and guest experience would have gone a long way. Loud groups should be seated in more energetic sections, while guests requesting quiet dining should be given some space when possible. The food itself was good, the restaurant was clean, and the prices were reasonable. But customer experience matters too, and this entire situation could have been avoided with just a bit more consideration and effort. We came in with our grandson. He wanted pizza and mozarella sticks. The pizza was soggy and he did not eat it our waitress ask if everything was okay. We waited 25 minutes for our food. My burger was in pieces. Salad was fine. It was not busy when we came in people after us was waited on and got there food. Poor and we will not be back Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

This is for the westnage location only. When I was there I was seated right away but then had to wait 20 mins just to have a the server ask what we want to drink and then had to wait another 10 mins for the drinks. Luckily we put in our food orders when giving the drink order. The bad part is they weren't even busy. There were maybe 10 tables that had customers. Had to ask other servers for refills and anything else we needed because the server we had was more worried about a trip him and his friend were planning to take. When it came time for the bill we had to go ask another server to cash us out because ours was no where to be found. Price per person: $10–20 Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
