Went easter sunday afternoon with the wife. Almost didnt know if we'd get seated. Staff seemed to ignore us even though place was about empty. Tried to order right away yet waitress only seemed to care about drinks. Got our appetizer yet no napkins, had to deal with greasy fingers then ran out of water. Finally had our food brought out yet no silverware. Had to ask for more water... food wasn't as good as it used to be, greasy. Did I mention no napkins? Ran out of water, waited, waited and waited.... just wanted to leave .... horrible experience, no one seemed to care Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20

Honestly, a waste of time and money. I am not the type to leave reviews, yet alone, a bad review but people need to be aware what they are walking into. When we arrived there were only 2 other tables being occupied. There were 5 waitresses standing/sitting by the bar area not doing anything. The table next to us had waited an hour for their food. The other table had been waiting for 40 min. Still only 3 tables now (us included) At multiple times the tables were told "sorry we are short in the back". We watched a waitress wipe off a table with her bare hand. Putting no cleaner on it and all crumbs were brushed to the floor. I did not witness her wash her hands before serving food out to another table. Our food was mediocre at most. Very dry. No plates or silverware provided till we asked. Drinks were not refilled until our food arrived after 45 min. After multiple complaints were made, it took staff over 15 minutes to find the manager who was never out in the front of the restaurant . We will not be returning. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I have been loyal for lots of years. And after tonight I am now not going to make this my go too. It took 20 minutes for our order to be taken. Then another 15 minutes for our drinks to be given to us. There where a total of 15 people at max in there eating. None of us could get service at all. There were 6 employees walking around on the floor. They would all either dissappear to the back or be more interested in playing on there phones than helping customers. And to make matters worse the food was terrible. Nothing was cooked the way we wanted it . The mash potatoes where dry and cracked. You could tell the tomato soup was old and microwaved with the thick scum that was on top. And it gets better. You have customers out front and all of the employees are laughing and giggling raising heck like a frat party was going on. And the icing on the cake is there was a couple that came in and the waitress told another she was going to start telling people that she would not seat more people because she was "over the day". So we paid our way over priced $80 meal and left. We didn't even wanna take the left overs home. You all need to do better. Because this was the biggest joke of an experience that I ever had at a restaurant. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $40–50 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
