A good variety of food, the service was excellent. The "All you can eat" refill servings of shrimp, riblets, and boneless chicken, could contain more pieces. Overall, good eating. Price per person: $20–30

We went in for the all you can eat ribs and shrimp, very well worth it! Everything came quickly and very hot, orders for refills also came quickly. Service from entering to leaving was very good. Will be returning. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Went there for lunch and the hostess took us to a dirty booth and didn’t introduce herself as our waitress. I asked for a different booth because it was dirty and she moved us to boost down . She asked us do we wanna highchair? We said yes we waited for three minutes as I stood there. I still didn’t get any highchair so I had to go up to the young lady and ask her for a highchair again. The lady that was the hostess that we thought was the hostess was really our waitress she still didn’t introduce herself to us. She asked us for what we wanted to drink. She brought our drinks and proceeded to wait on other people‘s tables brought them out their silverware and plates never brought us our silverware nor plates. Came back about seven minutes later asked us for our order we gave her our order. The waitress Chrissy came and brought us our food and asked us what we would like for our second round. I had asked her could she bring us our silverware and plates. Chrissy told our waitress that I found out her name was Avery about our second round order. Avery came to our table and asked, How was our food? I said we can’t eat our food Because you never brought us our plates and silverware. She brought us our plates silverware and some napkins and she said that she was gonna bring us our tea because they were empty. We waited and waited. She kept going by our table by the third time I was like excuse me can we have our teas. Another waitress brought us our second round of food and I asked that waitress could we have our teas she sent another waitress to bring us our teas finally. She never came back to check on us. She never came back to say or ask us how our food was after we were able to eat our food with the silverware that she finally brought to us, so Chrissy was walking by and I asked could she get the manager and could we have our check. The manager Kevin came and I told him what had happened and he apologized and I was like well I don’t understand we didn’t do anything. It seems like she had an attitude. She didn’t wanna wait on us. She kept on passing by us, she had us waiting for our drinks. She had us waiting for our silverware and a highchair. She does not have the best customer service. She didn’t do a check-in, but she was checking in on the other tables and she continue to keep on walking past us and we waited and waited and we wanted our check because we wanted to get out of there. We were having such a bad experience he apologized and I said I would like know her name and he brought us the receipt he took off our drinks and our little ones meal because he said that he had just came in and he would’ve did more if he would’ve been on the shift when it’s all occurred. I told him I wasn’t expecting him to take anything off. I just wanted to let him know how were treated and I didn’t appreciate being treated like that. I was going to write a review and I didn’t want him to be surprised about my review of my experience.Looking at the receipt he pointed the young lady’s name and he said he will be speaking with her and I said well thank you she needs to be retrained and if she’s having a bad day, she needs to go take a break, exhale deep breathe and get it back together and understand that customers ain’t got nothing to do with her problems. Chrissy was walking by and I told Chrissy thank you so much, you were very welcoming and assisted with us and we were even your table and we didn’t have a great experience with our waitress. She apologized and thanked us for coming and I told her I just wanted to let her know and would tell Kevin she was a pleasure when she brought over our food and she was wonderful. I let Kevin know that Chrissy was a great waitress and she made our experience a little bit better. She made sure that we got our food and our silverware. So after we have cashed out, I’m packing up. Avery finally comes by and was like would you like the check? I said no thank you we already got the check and we’re leaving. I don’t know that waitress Avery. She needs to be retrain. She’s very rude. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3 Vegetarian offerings: Not sure
