If you get LEXI as a server here's your warning! ... impatient ... ... listens, but doesn't hear you ... ... inattentive ... ... oblivious ... I have been there plenty of times! Never had a bad service, until that day & the parking lot nor the establishment was full (like it USUALLY is!) We (3 of us) ordered, originally, an appetizer, a 2 for $30 meal, and my meal... we were going to stick around for their lovely desserts but since it went so bad, we skipped out! Two out of three of us sat down & ordered our drinks, the third lingered in the parking lot of a moment... When she brought out our drinks we told her we're waiting on one more but she wanted us to order - we kindly declined and reiterated we're waiting on one more! Our third came in, he ordered his drink and she wanted our order with his drink - we said we're not ready to order! When we were ready to order, we ordered the sampler appetizer (which she even had a discussion with her about what wrong sauce we wanted), a 2 for $30 meal, and my meal... The salads came out then the main course food came out... Never a sampler! Never checked on us or the food! Never refilled our drinks which were clearly empty! The kitchen did what they were supposed to! What food we did get, was amazing! Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20

My family and I came from Michigan and this was the place we chose to eat. The hostess with the red hair was very kind and happy when we came to the door and she quickly took my family of 4 to sit. However we sat, we sat a little bit to long to the point we’re looking around as where other customers trying to figure out what was taking so long. Three other table were brought in over a course of I wanna say 15 to 20 minutes before our server who also happens to be the bartender came to our table to take our order. So this the first issue. It took a long time to get our drinks those previous 3 tables got their drinks before we got ours! Which she forgot our extra shot we order as well. By that time I has my husband go speak with the manager cause it ain’t getting no better. Finally my food and my children’s food comes but one order of tenders for my daughter didn’t not come and her father’s order was a wait. By the time my kids and I were done with our food. There dad didn’t even want to keep waiting for his food. So we again talk to the manager tell him we don’t want my husband food or the chicken tenders my daughter ask for and the manager said the waitress/bartender didn’t even put that on the order. And also the plates were hot and the food was cold! Grease should have been changes as cheese sticks were dark brown. We really tried not to complain. But overall horrible experience and my husband just went to sonic across the street to get his food since they obviously took to long by that time it was no point. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Waited almost 90 minutes for a burger that was burnt to a crisp. The rest of us got unlimited riblets and had to wait an additional half hour for 1 single riblet Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20
