Очень хорошее место с демократичными ценами. Хорошая отмосфера , вкусная еда! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Service: Dine in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $20–30 Parking options: Free of charge parking lot

Stopped in the Santa Rosa Applebee's on the way back from UCSF in SF. We were greeted & seated quickly. Our order was taken it took about 15 minutes to get our food..thats reasonable. We ordered water with lemon. I had to ask 2 more times to get my lemon. My son ordered all u can eat riblettes..shrimp..his riblettes were the last food to come to the table. At that time he asked for an order of shrimp..he had to ask 3 more times before his shrimp came & then it was a very small dish of popcorn shrimp..he asked for sauce & had to ask 2x more to get the sauce..our waitress was just ignorant to our needs. I asked for a small cup of salsa for my Lime Chicken that I was taking home & was totally shocked that she brought it right away. We had to ask 2x for our check till she showed us how to use the pay thing at the table. I didnt want her to have anymore than $4 tip..our order was $78. My son gave her a $15 tip which was way more than she deserved for the very poor quality service we recieved. It was 2:30pm on a Thursday afternoon & it was very noisy in the restraunt..2 families had screaming crying small children. Not sure if we'll ever go back. Price per person: $10–20

How does a table of two spend over 2 hours at Applebees? My table ordered a steak and the new California chicken salad. It took about 50 minutes for our food to arrive, when we got our food everything was fine until I realized my salad didn't have any chicken in it. It took my server the blue eyed white girl with black hair and glasses about another 25 minutes for her to come check back with us. She checked on the table next to us multiple times and before I could call her over she had already left. I'd say she would leave to go talk to her coworkers 75% of the entire time I was waiting because I could see her standing around and talking. I also pushed the call server over button on the table tablet, but that didn't seem to do anything. My partner had then finished all their food by the time she arrived. I let her know that my salad didn't have any chicken. She fixed it quickly within a few minutes, I felt better after that. However, while I was eating we decided we would just ask for the check since we wanted to leave quickly and pay before I finished eating as I am a slow eater. Well, she never checked on us again. I waited even longer for her to come back so we could ask for the check because I only had cash on me. It took the hostess to come and check on us as they noticed we had been sitting, waiting for a long time. The hostess finally went to go get her, our server eventually came over and when we gave her the cash it still took her a while to come back with my change. When she came back she said it took her long because she had to go to the back to get change. Although that may be true, she definitely didn't prioritize use the entire time. I got there about 9pm, didn't leave until 11:20pm. I always tip, but tonight I decided not to. Im definitely going to go to the Windsor Applebees every time even though it's farther, even when they're busy Windsor Applebees never has had such poor service. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3
