Waited 45 minutes for our food and it was cold. One member of our party ordered the all you can eat option and got served twice in 2 hours. He could've eaten more, but didn't want to wait another hour. The bathroom floor was so sticky, my shoe came off. This location has nothing positive to offer. Won't be going back. We spent $100 for cold food, mediocre service and a less than enjoyable Father's Day meal. Zero stars Meal type: Other Price per person: $100+

Waited over an hour for our appetizers, 2 salads,chips and queso and mozzarella sticks. After an hour waiting we asked our server for a manager. No one came. Asked another lady for a manager and still no one came. Not sure if no one showed up for work today but seriously, over an hour for chips and salad? Manager was “too busy” to even come speak to us. Server said she was expoing and couldn’t take the time. She finally comes out and says sorry we are under staffed. I get it but server could have literally thrown chips and queso together. Something! Could have offered something! I have never been here and it been like this. We have come when they have a 45 minute wait and it not been this long. Price per person: $20–30 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Applebee's Grill + Bar has honestly had quite the transformation over the years. I remember when it had a pretty rough reputation locally — service was inconsistent, the food wasn’t great, and overall it just wasn’t a place people were excited about. It had that “we only go here if we have to” kind of feel. But fast forward to now, and it’s a completely different experience. Over the last couple of years, I’ve been there multiple times, and most visits have been genuinely solid. The food has improved a lot — hot, fresh, and actually enjoyable — and the overall experience feels way more put together than it used to be. Every now and then, sure, something might come out a little off or not quite right, but that’s become the exception rather than the rule. Most of the time, everything hits the way it should, and the consistency is night and day compared to how it used to be. The staff has also been noticeably friendlier and more attentive, which makes a big difference. You can tell the place has made real improvements in how it’s run and how customers are treated. Overall, it’s gone from a place with a pretty rough reputation to somewhere I actually don’t mind going back to. It’s not perfect — no restaurant is — but when it’s good, it’s really good, and these days it usually is. Definitely glad to see the change, and I hope it keeps going in that direction.
