Nice staff but they were struggling to keep up since the place was slammed on a Saturday night. I appreciated the waitress's suggestion of lemons for my salad since I have a new allergy and can't have ranch dressing anymore. The food is a mix. My mocktail with cranberry and orange juices was quite good. I have learned not to order a second drink here, though, because it takes them 10 minutes to bring a milk. Our salads were good except the croutons were tasteless. My companion said her steak was cooked properly but the mushrooms were bad. My honey mustard chicken sandwich initially came with almost no sauce and they forgot the bacon entirely. Once corrected it was tasty but by that time it wasn't as warm. They did offer to make me a new one, but I was already behind my companion and hungry, and it had taken a bit long to get it in the first place. On a previous occasion, a different companion had ordered a rare steak and gotten a burned one; in that case the manager observed the problem and sought to correct it as soon as the food was set on our table. Therefore I would say they are good about correcting mistakes but make a lot of them. For dessert we got the apple pie a la mode. I could barely taste any apple. We both agreed that McDonald's pie is much better. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $30–40 Food: 3 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 5 Vegetarian options: As someone who was having a hard time even limiting dairy, I would imagine this place would be difficult for a vegan. Dietary restrictions: For anyone else avoiding dairy, about the only options I found that worked for me were the California salad, though it brags about how few calories it has, the spicy honey mustard chicken with bacon that I got, and the salmon bowl with cilantro rice, avocado and like pico de gallo. I wouldn't swear that there are no traces in any of those, but I'm not THAT sensitive.

We came in for an early lunch and started our order with the white queso and chips. Appetizer came out and cheese was lukewarm not hot and chips were stale, we requested a new cheese and they just poured it into a bowl and reheated it instead of making a new dish of it. I ordered the shrimp and steak Parmesan, with 4 cheese and bacon Mac and fries, it definitely sat for a bit under the warmers as the pasta was kind of crunchy and my steak had quite a bit of gristle and not cooked to my medium well request more than well medium. My fiance ordered the all you can eat riblets and wings(he was in his hog heaven and nothing was wrong with his portion or plate, except he asked for boneless wings and was brought bone in). I also ordered a strawberry lemonade and strawberry lemonade should somewhat have a dark pink color and sweet with a bit of tang, yeah no, the lemonade tasted like water with pink food coloring and no actual lemonade. Ordered the pecan blondie and that was the only saving grace for this meal, we will definitely find someplace else to go next time. Sad really, as Applebees use to be one of our favorite restaurants to go too Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 4
