Qwynn was an exceptional server. She was attentive and truly cared about making it a good experience. She was honest, hardworking, and rare. The food was excellent too, but service makes all the difference in the world and it shows. Side note for the management, aside from giving her a raise, the sticky tables need some help. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Me and my parents like to go out to a restaurant when I am with in town on Friday nights. However, when we went to Applebees in Nixa last night, it was appalling. First, there were empty tables, but it took 15+ minutes for us to be seated. Then, when we were seated, our table was sticky. This is unacceptable. Our waitress came after about 15 minutes. And she only gave the three of us one straw before taking our drink order. But when she brought us our drinks, she didn’t give us any more straws. It took her a long time to come back to the table (maybe 20 minutes). After we ordered, she came back (another 20-30 minutes later) and said that the order got “lost.” She kept coming back every 15 minutes saying that it should be done “soon.” This happened about 3 times. After another 30 minutes, we FINALLY got our appetizer. After about another 20 minutes, our meal came. But unfortunately, we didn’t have ANY silverware. We had stopped our waitress, who was preoccupied elsewhere, and told her we needed some. We also had previously told another person who works there. However, it was told to us that all of the silverware was in the dishwasher. How could all of the silverware for the entire restaurant be in the dishwasher at that moment? We couldn’t eat our wings that was apart of our appetizer. And my parents couldn’t eat their meals without forks. By the time my parents got forks (another 20 minutes), my mom’s food was COLD. The waitress asked if I wanted a fork too, I told her yes, but she NEVER brought me one. After eating our dinner (the parts that were edible at that point), we all three concluded that we will never go back to Applebees in Nixa. Meal type: Dinner
