This was easily one of the most disappointing dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we were seated, it was clear that customer service was not a priority at this location. After being shown to our table, we sat and waited while employees and management continued serving and interacting with other guests around us. Multiple staff members walked past our table without so much as a greeting or acknowledgment. What was even more frustrating was watching the manager pass by several times, fully aware that we had not been helped, yet never stopping to check on us or even offering a simple “someone will be with you shortly.” Being ignored for that long while everyone around us was receiving service made us feel completely unwelcome and unimportant. When a server finally approached our table, the interaction was cold and unprofessional. She seemed annoyed that she had to assist us and gave the impression that serving our table was an inconvenience. There was no friendliness, no effort to make us feel valued as customers, and no attempt to recover from the poor first impression created by the excessive wait. Unfortunately, the service wasn’t the only issue. When our food finally arrived, it was cold and clearly not prepared or served with any attention to quality. By that point, the entire experience had already been frustrating, and receiving cold food only confirmed the lack of care being shown throughout the restaurant. What makes this experience especially disappointing is that the problems were completely avoidable. A simple acknowledgment from staff, basic professionalism from management, and food served at the proper temperature would have gone a long way. Instead, we were left feeling ignored, neglected, and dissatisfied. Based on this experience, I would not recommend this location to anyone. The lack of customer service, poor management presence, inattentive staff, and substandard food quality reflect a restaurant that appears unconcerned with providing guests with a positive dining experience. There are far too many other places to spend your money where customers are treated with respect and appreciation. Price per person: $50–60
