We are thrilled to hear your service was excellent, Barbara, but we hate that your meal didn't live up to that same high standard. Drowning a sandwich in so much ranch that the bread turns soggy, paired with a bag of leftover fry scraps, completely misses the mark on our quality control. We are passing this feedback to the kitchen management so they can balance out the sauces and keep our legendary curls intact.
