Poor management and poor ownership! There was something hard as a rock in my sandwich and the "manager " refused to give me my money back. He said he has to get the owner's permission! And the owner won't be back until Monday. Today is Friday. Really awful procedures here. Will not return! DO NOT RECOMMEND!! And dont ask for the sauce on the side because they will charge you extra for it, even though it already comes on it!

We got there a little before they opened and waited outside until they unlocked the door. Then after 10 am the door was still locked. we waited then this rude employee opened the door, saying it was unlocked, it wasn't. Then the rest of the crew followed and was very rude the entire time we were there. we wont be back and will spend our money elsewhere. Meal type: Lunch Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

I absolutely love Arby's, I'm one of those who keep them in business. The food at this establishment is fine, always tastes great but im here to touch on the absolutely overpowering FOUL rotten egg smell. This is a situation of Hydrogen Sulfide gas buildup likely from neglected grease traps or plumbing. It is so strong we can barely breathe. The staff is incredibly rude except for one gal by the name of Jasmin who is always pleasant however anyone else I've ever dealt with at this store is beyond rude. The staff was almost as nasty as the overpowering smell of rotten eggs. Food was fine, thankfully. Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
