Arby's is my most favorite restaurants I've been to several. This one is the cleanest and quickest and most juicy, delicious food that I've ever had. The food was just overall different and better. I was impressed that they had electric outlets at every table so somebody traveling could charge their phone and laptop etc. Highly recommend! Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

Well, I just learned something new today. I ordered a pecan salad sandwich that was featured and asked if it could be cut in half and wrapped separately which is something that I have been doing for 40 years and the clerk told me that they're not allowed to do that because the food service workers are allergic to nuts. Really??? It would be in my opinion that keeping people employed in an organization that has allergens that could harm them is a risk to the business more than a risk to individuals working there. So if an owner or franchisor is reading this my question to you and your response is does your insurance company know you hire people who are being put at risk by working for you? PS do you know the bird droppings coming from over your entrance Door causes diseases? Love the the bird nest... UPDATE: After driving away from the restaurant on the interstate and eating my sandwich as I had expected not having it cut in half and individually wrapped I began to have pieces fall all over me and inside my vehicle which I expected. The sad part was that despite me getting a larger portion of salad between the Bread there were only two small pieces of grapes in the salad mix so the entire salad sandwich tasted flat with no sweetness at all, this is what prompted me to buy the sandwich after seeing the sign on the window. That sure is a bad experience for $13.00. Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20

We aim for 100% accuracy, but it sounds like we dropped the ball on your sandwich during your visit. We’re sorry for how your order was served, along with the overall service falling short of our standards, JR. We’ll be reviewing this with our team to ensure it’s addressed.

I live in this town and will not be back to this location, thank you for the let down. Arby’s I do not appreciate you. Don’t pull someone forward if you never intend to bring them their food. Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Ответ владельца 3 месяца назад

Being asked to pull forward only to be completely forgotten in the parking lot is an absolute failure on our part, Christian. We understand why you feel let down and don't want to return to a location that treats your time with such carelessness. We are addressing this drive-thru bottleneck and lack of communication with the team immediately to ensure no guest is ever left stranded again.
