Never again sat in drive threw for 20 minutes finally got my food got home and I paid 19.00 for a bun with just cheese on it no meat!!!!!4 mozeralla sticks and a medium coke..then tried calling and guess what they will not answer the phone so no way to get reimburst for the meal or a replacement meal.i live 15 minutes from there no senses in spending another 10-15 dollars on gas wouldn't be worth the food..never again will I eat at that restaurant service is very slow suppose to be fast food not sit in line 20 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of you...I would like my meal refunded or replaced this is not the first time I had a bad experience here this is the second and last..I would liketo be refunded or made right before I contact the better business bureau!!!! Paying that much for a meatless bun and sitting in a stagnant line for twenty minutes is a total disaster, Jamie. We built our entire reputation on having the meats, so leaving them completely off your sandwich is a massive breakdown of our core mission. Our local management team is getting a serious wake-up call to address both the sluggish drive-thru speeds and this unbelievable kitchen mistake.

Employees were too busy flirting and goofing off to properly take our order, or prepare the food. Cheese sauce is completely off the sandwich, bun & meat are burnt. Cheese sticks taste burnt or like old oil. Meal type: Dinner

You deserve full attention at the counter and a craveable, perfectly prepared meal when you visit us. Hearing that a distracted crew served up burnt meat and old-tasting cheese sticks is a major letdown, Kristen. We are working closely with local leadership to address this lack of focus and get our food quality back on track.

Why at 5:30 on a Thursday is the lobby locked? Not the first time I have arrived during business hours and found the lobby locked. I really like Arby's, however, the quality of the food at this location and quality of customer service at this location has diminished. Some of the front desk help doesn't know what is on the menu or how to count change. Yeah, schools are to blame, however, training is essential. Ever wondered why your parking lot is empty compared to Wendy's, McDonald's, DQ, and even Taco Bell? I would hate to see this location close. Get it together at SB. Do better! Other Arbys locations do.
